ABOUT US

RPS Composites manufactures and services high-performance corrosion resistant tanks, vessels, and piping systems for industrial customers who need to transport, store or process corrosive fluids. Our customers choose to work with us again and again because they know we will provide them with the safest, highest value-per-dollar products and services in the market – almost always in aggressive and difficult to manage environments where failure is not an option.

BETTER PRODUCTS, BETTER SERVICE

Our standard FRP and dual laminate pipe systems, vessels, and custom equipment offer significant performance and life cycle cost benefits compared to carbon steel, stainless steel, rubber lined carbon steel, high nickel alloys, and lined steel materials. In addition to our manufacturing capabilities, we have numerous Field Service teams deployed throughout the US with a depth of experience and craft, and a focus on safety. We’re proud to say we work behind the fenceline of many Fortune 100 industrial manufacturers and processors.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Developing smarter ways of doing business has been essential to our success. We believe and invest in technology, from digitizing our manufacturing plants to deploying advanced inspection tools in the field. Our workforce is empowered with modern Enterprise Resource Planning systems to ensure supply chain continuity, up and downstream. We use the most current engineering and design applications and strengthen employee skills with regular training.

SUPERIOR RESULTS

Working with premier vendors like INEOS, Arkema, Chemours, and Owens Corning helps RPS produce superior products, and that means greater reliability for you. We also use advanced manufacturing processes and systems to ensure our operations run at optimal efficiency. This allows us to pass the savings we achieve in the process on to you, our customers.

ENGINEERING TEAM

To ensure our customers realize the full benefits of our products and services, our team of professional engineers can advise on material selection, specifications, component design, pipe stress analysis (PSA), and finite element analysis (FEA).
